The WDR45 wdr45 (Catalog #MBS6008036) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The WDR45, NT (WDR45, WDRX1, WDRXI4, WIPI4, WD repeat domain phosphoinositide-interacting protein 4, WD repeat-containing protein 45) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s WDR45 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB).Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA
Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the WDR45 wdr45 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The WDR45 wdr45 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #71483646) (NCBI Accession #NP_001025067.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q9Y484). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given antibody. We\'ve tested the WDR45, NT (WDR45, WDRX1, WDRXI4, WIPI4, WD repeat domain phosphoinositide-interacting protein 4, WD repeat-containing protein 45) with the following immunoassay(s):

This gene encodes a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD), which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. This gene has a pseudogene at chromosome 4q31.3. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene, but the biological validity and full-length nature of some variants have not been determined.
Immunogen: WDR45 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 16-46 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human WDR45. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing WDR45 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as WDR45 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results.
