|The WNT11 wnt11 (Catalog #MBS2517718) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The WNT11 Polyclonal Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s WNT11 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
IHC: 1:25-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the WNT11 wnt11 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.
The WNT11 wnt11 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #3850706) (NCBI Accession #CAA73223.1) (Uniprot Accession #O96014). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded Human prostate cancer tissue using WNT11 Polyclonal Antibody at dilution 1:20)
The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genes which encode secreted signaling proteins. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. It encodes a protein which shows 97%, 85%, and 63% amino acid identity with mouse, chicken, and Xenopus Wnt11 protein, respectively. This gene may play roles in the development of skeleton, kidney and lung, and is considered to be a plausible candidate gene for High Bone Mass Syndrome.
Immunogen: Recombinant protein of human WNT11. Buffer: PBS with 0.05% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing WNT11 are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as WNT11 may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Adenocarcinoma, Breast Neoplasms, Disease Models, Animal, Fibrosis, Hypertension, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases, Prostatic Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to WNT11 Polyclonal Antibody. Blood, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Intestine, Kidney, Lung, Ovary, Stomach, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein. WNT11 also interacts with the following gene(s): FZD1, FZD10, FZD4, FZD6, FZD7, FZD8, GDNF, PITX2, SFRP1, SFRP5.
