The AES aes (Catalog #MBS9403841) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AES Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. MyBioSource\'s AES can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the AES aes for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process.

The AES aes product has the following accession number(s) (GI #5706731) (NCBI Accession #NP_001121.2) (Uniprot Accession #Q08117). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) AES.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) (Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human liver cancer tissue using at dilution 1/20.)
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) AES.

The protein encoded by this gene is similar in sequence to the amino terminus of Drosophila enhancer of split groucho, a protein involved in neurogenesis during embryonic development. The encoded protein, which belongs to the groucho/TLE family of proteins, can function as a homooligomer or as a heteroologimer with other family members to dominantly repress the expression of other family member genes. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Immunogen Type: Recombinant Protein
Immunogen Description: Fusion protein corresponding to residues near the N terminal of human amino-terminal enhancer of split. Target Name: AES. In general, we may offer more than one antibody to a given target to enable options for the researcher. Available antibodies recognizing AES are readily searchable from our website. Different antibodies against the same target such as AES may be optimized or tested for different applications and species. This enables researchers to select the option that may be best for their model system, to screen more than antibody to determine which one may be best for their model system, as well as to use more than one antibody to follow up on and validate their results. Blood, Bone, Heart, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Mouth, Muscle, Skin, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. AES also interacts with the following gene(s): CTNNB1, HDAC1, HNF1A, LEF1, RELA, TLE1, UBC. Brain Diseases, Cardiovascular Diseases, Death, Drug-Related Side Effects and Adverse Reactions, Edema, Heart Diseases, Hypertension, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to AES Antibody. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
